IFHP Centenary Congress 2013: Mitchell Silver
Mitchell Silver is the Chief Planning and Economic Development Officer in the City of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also the current President of the American Planning Association. In this motivating interview Mr Silver discusses his opinions on, the biggest issues facing our cities, how cities will drive growth, and infrastructure needs of transport, energy and water. Mr Silver also notes how we need courage from those making the decisions.
