The Cooperative Housing Association Halvtolv

The blocks are of three storeys and contain 156 flats. It is composed of U-shaped courtyards, which creates variation in the area and forms green, open spaces. The facades are constructed of dyed concrete sandwich elements sided with black plates. The roofs are covered with profiled and galvanised steel plates. 
At the end of the estate towards the moat there is a gravelled common square. The two cannon boat sheds that remain from the original building complex are also found here.
