The Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The building complex is the result of an architectural competition; the winning project was of a smaller scale than the later realised project. Like the old warehouses along the harbour, the blind gables of the yellow brick buildings face the harbour front. Furthermore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has offices and ceremonial rooms in Philip de Lange's two baroque buildings on Strandgade and in Eigtveds Pakhus, as well as leased offices in the Architects' House.
