The long 7-storey facade towards Sankt Jørgens Sø consists of bays and recessed balcony sections tied into a convincing composition by means of railings with white painted balusters and rounded sides. The building is one of the city's most attractive housing schemes. Massive brick masonry of red hand-moulded bricks with recessed joints. Hand-moulded red bricks laid in English bond (alternate header and stretcher bond), at the base founded on a soldier course (bricks laid edgewise).
