Lunch Celebration with Calm, Setting, and Good Vibes

We have created a well-tested lunch celebration package, with everything carefully planned – so you can sit back and enjoy the day without worries – whether it’s for a birthday, confirmation, christening, or another special occasion.

A Fixed Concept – to Your Advantage

With a fixed structure and well-tested framework, we ensure high quality, a great atmosphere, and stress-free planning.

To give you the best experience, we offer a fixed concept.

This means that:

  • The menu is carefully planned and thoughtfully composed. Please note that it is seasonal.
  • Starter served plated at the table
  • Main course served as a buffet
  • Plenty of time for speeches, songs, etc.
  • Table layout is predefined with round tables
  • Drinks and schedule are planned in advance
  • Everything is designed to work together and create a seamless celebration

The fixed framework means that nothing needs to be chosen or customized – you can instead focus on celebrating and enjoying the day.

Duration:
3 hours – with the option to purchase additional time.

Number of Guests:
Groups of minimum 25–35 people.
Please note that a minimum of 25 adults must be paid for.

Children aged 2–11 are half price. Children under 2 are free if no place is set at the table for them.

Included:

  • Private room
  • Welcome drink: a glass of cava upon arrival
  • Dinner – (see menu)
  • Drinks included for 3 hours: beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Coffee and tea included after the meal

Table Arrangement:

  • Round tables in a fixed layout with up to 7 people per table, promoting closeness and good conversation
  • Gift table in the room

Planning Meeting:

We offer one planning meeting approximately 3 weeks before the celebration, where we review together:

  • The flow of the day
  • Guest details and allergens
  • Practical needs and technical requests

Afterwards, our kitchen can begin preparations, ensuring a well-organized and enjoyable day.

Practical Information:

  • Allergen information must be provided at least 8 working days before your event.
