The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) is an international, non-profit organization which focuses on tall buildings and sustainable urban design. Their mission is to analyse and report on all aspects of design, planning and the construction of tall buildings, as well as being an international platform for the exchange of knowledge between leading professionals within the field.
"Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat is the leading organisation when it comes to development and exchange of knowledge about tall buildings and cities. By becoming a member, the Danish Architecture Centre joins an international circle of trendsetting professionals giving us the opportunity to bring new knowledge about tall buildings to Denmark. It is my hope that we in this way can assist Danish companies that wish to position themselves internationally with Danish architecture and technology. We will get the chance to contribute with our distinctive Danish competences within building design and cities for people while simultaneously bringing international "best practice" to Denmark", says Mikkel Kragh, PhD and Programme director for DAC& BUILD.
The membership gives Danish Architecture Centre access to the most recent knowledge within the field and includes it in an extremely relevant network of international professionals - with focus on urban and sustainable building.
